Warranty Warranty: 10 year warranty on frame- wood carries a 10 year warranty against breakage. 1 year warranty on fabric- covers all fabric materials against seam slippage, fraying and splitting. Does NOT cover tearing, relaxing, pilling, shrinkage or fiber migration. Flattening of nap on velvet or high pile chenille and microfiber are inherent characteristics of a soft, plush fabric and are in no way considered manufacturer’s defects. Note Due to unavoidable variations in materials and human craftsmanship, there is a minimal, but measurable, difference in weights and measurements from piece to piece. The stated weights and dimensions on the specification sheet and web site are the manufacturer standards. Each handmade piece will vary slightly from those standard numbers. Any measurement could be open to interpretation based on the methodology of the person taking the measurements.
